To better aquaint you with our services a short desciption is given for each service.

Swedish/Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage

Massage is performed utilizing swedish techniques intergrated with other specialized techniques (utilizing light to deep tissue manipulation as needed) to create individualized treatment, addressing the needs and goals of the person based on the therapist evaluation after consultation with the client.

Hot Stone Massage

This massage is performed with therapeutic hot moist stones helping the client obtain a deep level of relaxation.  The stones are held in the therapist's hands during the treatment and the heat penetrates the muscle layers allowing the tissue to relax and lengthen.  The therapist uses long gliding strokes as well as sustained pressure on areas of tension.  The clients comfort level to temperature of the stones is carefully monitored.

Cool stones may also be integrated into many massage treatments to reduce inflammation.

Chair Massage

Massage is performed utilizing a specially designed chair.  The massage is perfomred without oil or lotion (with the exception of hands) and allows the client to remain clothed.  This form of massage is convenient and can be performed at events, at the workplace, and on location as needed.  This massage generally works the hands, arms, neck, and back and is wonderful for spot upper body treatment.

Hot/Cold Stone Facial Rejuvenation

This massage treatment is a very effective relaxation, muscle release and toning treamtent involving facial hydration, scrub, toning, trigger point release, face lift techniques, integrating both hot and cold stones.  Hypoallergenic products are used.  This may be a stand-alone treatment or used as an add-on treatment as part of a package.

Blissful Hand/Foot Treatment with or without Paraffin

This treatment can include either or both hands and feet and involves hydration soak, scrub, thorough massage/reflexology technique, and moisturization.  Paraffin wrap utilizing warm therapeutic oil/wax of hands and/or feet may be performed with this treatment.  This is an extremely effective relaxation and moisturizing treatment.  This may also be used as a stand-alone treatment or used as an add-on treatment as part of a package.

Ionic Body Detox and Cleansing Footbath

The ionic detox/cleansing foot bath system provides an amazing external hydrotherapy body detox method.  Both feet are bathed in warm water that is concentrated in negatively charged aqua ions which attract and attatch to positively charged toxins and tissue acid wastes which are subsequently drawn out of the body through the feet.  Recommended treatment is 10 - 14 sessions approximately 30 minutes each.
